Spindrift is a fantastic spacious single storey 4 bedroom property sitting on the edge of a residential development in Thurlestone. A quiet peaceful location that is walking distance to a selection of beaches, including South Milton Sands, Thurlestone Sands, Yarmer Beach and Leasfoot Beach.
There is a large open plan sitting room that has the benefit of a separate tv snug/playroom with a TV and xbox to keep the kids (and big kids!) happy. Through an arch to a dining area with large dining table and chairs. The separate kitchen leads to a utility room and through to bedroom 4, bunk room with separate WC.
The garage is off the utility room and has been well laid out with a ping pong table and dartboard so you can get competitive with the family or friends! Beyond the garage there is an outside shower (hot & cold) to wash off any sand and wetsuits and there is plenty of room to store paddleboards etc in the garage.
Spindrift sits in large well kept grounds with terrace and outside table and chairs where you can sit and get a glimpse of the sea. There is a drive and parking for up to three cars and it is pet friendly for max two dogs.
The village of Thurlestone is an 8-10 minute walk away and there is The Village Inn serving great food and ale and a local post office and general store.

We love an early morning dog walk down to Yarmer. Sundowners at the Thurlestone Sands beach cafe, brunch at cafe al fresco in Dartmouth. Boogie boarding at Bigbury and walking across to Burgh Island.
