The property is only a 10-15 min walk to Salcombe town and all the beaches, bars, and restaurants. Private parking for up to 3 cars.
The perfect holiday destination to enjoy with family and friends; you can’t help but feel relaxed as soon as you arrive: from the front door you enter the lobby with a spiral staircase (please note this may not be suitable for elderly or disabled) that takes you down to an open plan vaulted sitting room and kitchen/dining area. A feature fireplace, with 3 sofas provide plenty of seating in this sociable space. The dining area that is flooded with light from the full height floor to ceiling windows has an oak dining table to seat 10, with an adjoining fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a large range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, and American style fridge freezer.
Leading out to the sun terrace with outdoor furniture, & sunken cedar hot tub all set in a mature landscaped garden this is a perfect spot to sit and relax.
Back up the spiral staircase to the lobby, off which there is utility room with washer/dryer lead to a family bathroom with bath and handheld shower; a door through to the original hallway leading to a comfortable tv room with 2 sofas
