Osprey is perfectly situated to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of Salcombe and yet be a stone’s throw from the town centre. Batson Creek is just down the hill from Osprey, from there a 10-15 minute walk along a level path takes you via the boatyard to Salcombe town with all the lovely beaches, bars and restaurants that this timeless seaside town has to offer. There is an established garden with paved area for large dining table and chairs, perfect for morning coffee or a sundowner. The back of the house has a raised garden with lovely views. Pet-friendly. Private drive with parking for 2 cars.
