Cancellation & Covid -19 Policy

Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:

All cancellations must be notified in writing. If you cancel your holiday within 48 hours of booking a full refund will be issued, only if the booking date is more than 14 days away; 50% refund if cancellation is more than 28 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations less than 28 days before check-in. Exceptions for illness, jury service, bereavement with appropriate supporting documentation will be considered.

Covid – 19 cancellation:

If coronavirus legislation prevents you from legally staying with us, then you will be entitled to your choice of a refund or credit. You will also be able to postpone your booking to a later date (subject to availability) with the guest responsible for paying the difference for a week attracting a higher tariff or being credited the difference for a week with a lower tariff

If any of your party has tested positive for Covid-19 no earlier than 2 weeks before your arrival, we require test confirmation or a valid isolation note (the 16-digit reference and your date of birth) and will as above offer a choice of refund, credit or postponement.
