New for Christmas 2022! Blueboat cottage is a very well-presented terraced stone cottage situated in the heart of Salcombe on Island Street. It’s a level walk into Salcombe town and is just a few minutes from the water’s edge. Perfect for a couple or young family to explore all that this beautiful coastal town has to offer.
The cottage has open plan kitchen / living space; cleverly designed to include a fully fitted kitchen – washer/dryer and small dishwasher; a small dining table with bench seating and a two-seater sofa and armchair with flatscreen tv on the wall. A large storage cupboard within the space is great for shoes etc. The back door leads out onto a shared courtyard with outdoor seating.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, master with a double bed and the second bedroom has full size single bunk beds and built-in wardrobe.
The shower room has enclosed shower cubicle, WC and sink.
Please note that a parking permit is provided with Blueboat cottage which is valid at the car park a few minutes away and the property is suitable for max 2 adults and 2 children.
