Located next to the beautiful Salcombe Estuary and 50 metres from the waters edge, this lovely cottage is a great base for family beach holidays and year round grown-up escapes. A couple of minutes’ level walk takes you to Fore Street with more shops and restaurants. This timeless seaside town is set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Salcombe is famous for it’s pristine beaches, epic coastal walks with some great pubs and restaurants to enjoy.
